This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics, and your details are never sold or shared for marketing.

Who is responsible
Well Spent Studio is run by Melissa, founder of Well Spent. She is responsible for the personal data described on this page. For any question about your data, email hello@wellspent.studio.
What is collected, and why
Only what you choose to share. When you fill in the contact form or send an email, Well Spent receives:
- your name, email address, company name, website and location;
- the services you are interested in, your monthly ad spend range and your message.
These details are used only to reply to your request, prepare an intro call and, if you decide to work together, to run that collaboration. The legal basis is your request and the steps before a possible agreement.
Who else handles your data
A few trusted services help run this website and inbox:
- Netlify hosts the website and delivers the contact form. Like every web host, it keeps short technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure.
- The email provider behind hello@wellspent.studio stores the emails and form messages.
Some of these services may store data outside the EU. Where that happens, they use the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies, and no analytics. Fonts and images are loaded from this website itself.
How long your data is kept
Messages that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted within 12 months. If you become a client, your details are kept for as long as the collaboration runs, plus the period the law requires for financial records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, or to receive a copy. Send an email to hello@wellspent.studio and you will get an answer within one month. You can also file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
Changes
When this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
